1 ribeye or sirloin steak (1 1/2 lb)
2 tsp instant coffee granules
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Allspice
2 tsp olive oil
Mix coffee granules, sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and allspice in a small bowl.
Coat both sides of steak with olive oil.
Rub steak with coffee mixture.
Place steak on hot grill rack or pan over medium heat and grill, turning once, 12 - 15 minutes.
Transfer steak to cutting board and let stand 10 minutes.
Thinly slice steak, and serve.
