1 lb of Romaine lettuce
1/2 head of Iceberg lettuce
2 cups cooked skinless turkey breast (torn)
2 apples (peeled and sliced)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Sweet Italian Dressing
Tear the lettuce(s) into bite-sized pieces in a large serving bowl. Add all ingredients but the dressing and toss to mix well.
Allow everyone to drizzle dressing over their own salad.
