1 cup of honey roasted sliced almonds
1 lb fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 cup mayo
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
8 oz bow-tie pasta, cooked
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
8 cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Prepare pasta according to package directions
Meanwhile, cut broccoli florets from stems and separate florets into small pieces.
Whisk together mayo, sugar, onion, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl.
Add broccoli, pasta, and grapes.
Stir to coat.
Cover and chill 3 hours.
Stir bacon and almonds into salad just before serving.
