12 - 16 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
1 Tbsp olive oil or butter

1 clove garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Salt and pepper
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook 3 - 4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain well.
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add green beans, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Toss 1 - 2 minutes until coated and warmed through.
