5 or 6 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp snipped chives
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp hone
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Fan the tomato slices onto a serving dish or platter.
Season with salt and pepper
Whisk the remaining ingredients together and then drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes.
