1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard, or to taste
1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch paprika
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Add spices and stir again. Taste and adjust if needed.
Cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes 1/2 cup.
