1 cup diced fresh peaches
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 thinly sliced red onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Season to taste with additional lime juice, salt, and red pepper flakes.
