1 package crab cake mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lb fresh crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Tartar sauce, for serving

Combine the crab meat, crab cake mix, and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Gently toss.
Form your crab bites into 1" round balls.
Fry in batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels
Serve with tartar sauce.
