1 Tbsp minced shallots
2 tsp packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well-combined.
This can be prepared ahead of time and stored covered in the refrigerator for several days.
